Cal 25 fiberglass sailboat "Sea Chips VI", 25 feet LOA, built in 1976. Excellent beginner boat for after work sails or short trips. Large cockpit great for sharing with friends. Hull, deck and rigging all in fairly good shape. Conveniently located at Oak Bay Marina on an easy outside slip. The new owner can take over my moorage agreement and choose to stay in this slip for as long as they like. Comes with: -Yamaha 9.9 HP 4 stroke electric start outboard engine in great condition, serviced at Gartside Marine. -Roller furling genoa with 2 seasons of gentle use -Mainsail with 3 seasons of gentle use -Spinnaker pole and gear, (the spinnaker itself is ripped) -Fresh can of Pettit Horizons ablative antifouling bottom paint, should be enough to repaint hull ($350 from Trotac) -Radio, running lights, bilge pump, cabin lights, porta potty toilet all working. -BBQ, crab trap, two working chart plotters, lifejackets, paper charts, cookware, safety equipment, and lots more extras included What it needs: -Winterization -Overdue for hull scrape and repaint.
