The house is a 5 minute walk to the Caddy Bay village which includes a full local grocery store, pub, pharmacy, hair salon, two coffee shops, a day spa, retail stores, cold beer and wine store, a pet shop, a sushi and Thai restaurant, nail salon and bulk food store. Minutes from the university this is a family-friendly area with a park directly across the street.
