Private Spacious Guest House

Visiting Victoria? We are offering our guest accommodation for vacation and short term rentals. We are conveniently accessible (near Mt. Doug) to all areas of Victoria, by car, bus, or bike. The living area is bright with light from three skylights. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable temperpedic queen mattress and sleigh bed with cotton sheets. The dining area faces south to the large backyard. There is a nicely equipped kitchenette (but no stove) with microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, bar fridge, etc. that provides all you need to prepare simple meals. A small hot water heater provides plenty of water for shorter showers. No washer or dryer. Safe offstreat parking. No pets, no smoking, no partying. As this is an extension of our home, please tell us a bit about yourself, where you are from, and your plans for your stay in Victoria. $125 per night, assuming a maximum of 2 guests plus $75 cleaning fee.
