Barista/All Around

Rusticana Ice Cream & Coffee is looking for a part-time barista/all rounder who can work weekdays to join the team. Rusticana Ice Cream & Coffee is under new ownership in Mill Bay, BC and we are an extension of Cowichan Milk Company. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and eager individual to join our team on a part time basis. Experience as barista or in a customer service-based environment is preferred. Assets to bring are a friendly personality, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Food Safe is an asset but not required. Duties Include: Operating the cash register, preparing coffee, preparing and serving light food items, scooping ice cream, cleaning and maintaining the work space area. Rusticana Ice Cream & Coffee is open Tuesdays-Sundays (Closed Mondays) hours will change with the seasons. Must be able to work daytime and some evenings and weekends. Pay is dependent on experience.
