$880 · Private room for rent

(Only looking for female renter!) I’m looking to sublet my room starting either April 15th or May 1st! Lease is up on August 31st but you are able to renew if wanted. Rent is $880 a month including all utilities and wifi. Room has lots of natural light! There is space for parking but very transit accessible for those that don’t drive. Room is furnished with a mattress, bed frame, bedside table, desk, lamp, and chair! There is also an in-wall closet. There are currently 3 male roommates and one female, all UVIC students! The house is less than a 10 minute walk from UVIC, and there are two bus stops less than a five minute walk away. Great location, the area is mostly families and students.
