6000 BTU / 5000 SACC 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner (AC). Cools, dehumidifiers, fan. Works perfectly. Comfee brand. Used for only one summer. Comes with unit, remote, manual, hose, adjustable window bracket for hose, soft foam for bracket, and drain tube. Also included is some left over stiff foam that we used to fit it to our non-standard windows. Our windows open by swinging outwards. Normal windows open by sliding up or sideways.
