I am selling a custom built, short scale, Stratocaster guitar. This guitar cost well over $2000 to make. The body is ash. The pickguard is bloodwood (a South American hardwood). The fingerboard is matching hardwood. The finish is a hand rubbed French Polish. The pickups are Semour Duncan Seth Lover Humbuckers. In my opinion these are one of the best sounding Humbucker sets available. They provide both a bright, rich tone from the bridge pickup and a buttery, full jazz tone on the neck pickup while still capable of harsh, traditional Humbucker rock distortion. All of the wiring, pots, and connectors are top quality North American product. The machine heads are top-of-the-line gold Gotoh 510 16:1 tuners. Even the cap on the pickup switch is custom machined brass. I wanted to mirror the Gibson Byrdland scale length. It provides tunable, comfortable, easily played neck dimensions, so the scale length is 23.5”. This guitar is an absolute gem. I am asking $1500 for it, but I will accept any reasonable offer.
