Has a small crack in left side of keel 2 ft but hasn't given me any issues, you could Trailor and epoxy it. Comes with an 8' walker dingy. its bottom has been cleaned this month (July 24) by a diver. it is on a mooring buoy, 150 per month. otherwise you need another parking spot for it. Has a 700w inverter for phone plug in and small appliances, Running water, has porta potty, VHS radio, flare gun, not much upholstery and electronics so it’s not good to live in but its great to sail for a beginner or a summer adventurer! needs somesort of battery charger if you over use it or a small solar for trickle charge. comes with a crap trap, jerry can of fuel and all necessary lines and sheets/sail cover as well as a dingy. The dinghy tied to the rocks on the shore 3 minutes away from the boat which you can access from queens park. free car parking by side of the road beside the park. There is a fuel dock a minute away in oak bay you can pull up to for fuel, water, empty Porta potty or if you want to pick up guests. I have switched to a bigger sail boat which is why I am selling.
