1980 C&C 32 ft sail boat. Located on Victoria harbour at Westbay Marine Village. There is a nice walking trail to Victoria. Liveaboard moorage is transferrable upon approval. This is a great sailing yacht. Hauled out in November 2023. Had the bottom scrapped, painted, new zincs installed, and survey completed. The engine has been maintained, fresh water cooled, and recent heat exchanger cleaning. The interior has newer upholstery, a new head and updated wiring.
