$35,000 · 36' Steel offshore sloop

I'm moving and have to unload my Swain 36 steel sloop. Built in Coombs and launched in 2010, it's been a great liveaboard for 13 years. Solid construction (3/16 plate), twin keels, electric aux drive. Basic interior that is being refreshed at the moment and lots of solar power. Composting head, two kinds of stoves, also very clean, very safe airtight wood stove that makes this a remarkable warm, dry interior in the very worst weather. Good with your hands? You might choose to pimp things up a bit or completely rebuild the interior, even swap in a diesel. Boat has been hauled each year to refresh the bottom and touch up topsides. VERY MOTIVATED TO SELL ASAP. ( I managed to fracture a shoulder and some ribs this spring so maintenance and a few projects are taking more effort than expected.) The less work I have do on it this summer, the more I'll negotiate on the price. Great project for outfitting your go-anywhere ultimate cruiser.
