**UPDATE** Live-aboard moorage is possibly transferable to the new owner with marina pre-approval. **Price reduced: she's shortly due for bottom paint so I'm reducing the price to compensate while still allowing the new owner a chance to look at the hull as-is** ***Possibly open to trades for a smaller sailboat*** Moored in Victoria harbor, the SV Smooth is in a state of refit. Once purchased in 2020 we disconnected much of the interior to clean and access all the components clear to the exterior hull, for a full refit of all systems from the hull inward. The full interior components are all aboard and are ready for viewing, showing the full condition of the vessel. The outer deck repairs are started. Our decision to sell is based on the amount of time we have to complete the project, which is limited. We are moving up to a more suitable vessel for immediate liveaboard access. This is an opportunity to purchase an excellent vessel for liveaboard with some work without great expense. It was surveyed on purchase in late 2020 with a value of $ 70,000.
