Retro Renovated Tiny Home 1993 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome with Cummins Diesel Engine. This is a highly sought after engine! Renovated into a tiny home in 2020. A wonderful investment for an Airbnb or as a rental on your property. Totally mobile too, if you want to go where the wind takes you. She's far more beautiful on the inside - but aren't we all? Picture included of the outside so you get the idea. We never could decide on a new color, so we just pressure wash annually and leave her the same beige. Size: 32' long by 8' wide, 11' tall. Self leveling jacks. AirHead Composting Toilet (September 2019) Propane Stove Electric Fireplace Flexible Couch with removable parts Bar Stools 42" TV 2 × 70 pound Propane Tanks Made to only require an 30 amp plug, able to run off of Batteries, with 60 gallon Fresh Water tank. Propane tanks attach to the back. Roof and sunlights re-sealed during renovations. New carpet, paint, plumbing and counter tops in 2020. All trade work completed by ticketed sub trades. The water heater and furnace are propane. Shower height accommodates up to 6'4" with sky light. Bathroom has Italian Marble counter top and tile floor. Bed lifts up for more storage. Belly bins under house are in good condition. Well loved and filled with good vibes. Drives well with over 200,000 miles. Had brakes, belts and engine work done in 2020 and has sat in location as a home ever since. The good: Engine still runs after her few years of staying in one place during Covid The bad: Grey water tank leaks. This is not an issue if you have it in place, as you can run it off and away. However, if you were to camp or travel with it, you would want to fix/replace this. The ugly: The outside! But, makes it less of a target for thieves :) Price Firm
