(Oil, Diff, Coolant, Power Steering, transmission) - Truck A/C recharged ($500 at Burt's Automotive) - 6 new tires (Wille) - Stereo with Bluetooth. ($500) - new batteries in both truck and house. ($600) - RV professionally inspected and winterized/de-winterized at Tom's and Triangle RV. 22 feet in length so the upcharge on the ferry is minimal (about $25) and parking is rarely an issue. RV systems all fully functional including furnace, house AC, microwave, 3 burner stove and Fridge. Lots of storage, full wardrobe, full bathroom. Although meant for storage, you could store a small human :) above the cab (with modification for a bed rail). The couches fold down to single beds.
