It's clean and in good shape. No smells , tight and dry. We bought it two years ago on a whim and have never used it ourselves but it was made in the 1980s. Good for a light duty truck such as Dakota or Tacoma, won't fit on a full-size pickup. Doesn't have toilet or shower. Propane stove and electricity work but refrigerator doesn't. The person we bought it from delivered it with a 4 cylinder Toyota Tacoma, it took the weight but the engine struggled. He said it really needed at least a 6 cylinder.
