Best to have a car to live here , we are however on #61 bus route ( it’s a 7-10 minute ‘ uphill'"aerobic "walk back from the bus stop , plus stairs . Full Unit Description : This unit is located on the top floor of our multigenerational family home. It is simple yet comfortable. There are amazing views from the unit off the shared deck. It has a Bright , sunny , studio style living / sleeping area with its own private full bathroom and a separate entrance off our shared deck. **Please note, there is no kitchen in the unit**, but it does have a small snack prep area with sink, mini Fridge, microwave, air fryer, and kettle, suited to making snacks and lunches (sorry no hotplates or toaster ovens allowed in the unit) .For making regular meals, you would share our family kitchen or the BBQ . *Because of the limited cooking and food storage options, this unit is really best suited to someone ok with just making light meals or having mostly meals out* Rent includes: 1. Utilities -Hydro, heat, hot water up to $50 month (Typical spring and summer average, if working or attending school mostly away from home) . Bills are higher in colder weather. 2. Comes fully furnished with dresser , desk, side table and firm Ikea double bed . Basic cooking supplies, dishes, cutlery etc are also included .
