Available Jan 1st. I am looking for a quiet, respectful roommate to share my 2 bedroom basement suite in Gordon Head. $1200/month + utilities. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the suite is. Any furniture you bring would have to fit in the bedroom. There is no extra storage space, but the bedroom closet is deeper than normal with some shelving. I can make room for some kitchen stuff/ small appliances. Due to the space limitations, this would be perfect for a student from out of town who doesn't have a lot of stuff, but its not limited to students.
