$1,000 · Furnished room for rent near Sooke Core

I currently have a furnished room for rent. I am asking 1000 inclusive plus half a months rent as security deposit. Near bus stop and less than a ten min walk to Sooke core. There is room for one vehicle and a garden space in the spring/summer. No smoking, dogs or drugs. Any other pet would require a pet deposit. Prefer someone who is working or going to school as I attend school online but not a deal breaker. Please message me for pics and more info
