$1,375 · Roommate wanted

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in Esquimalt beginning December 1st. My current roommate is moving back to Ontario (sob) but I have lived here since July of 2023 and I love it so much! Half the rent is 1375$ including all utilities. There is in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, the building is new build, the sound proofing between units is A+, and there is plenty of street parking. A bit about me I’m a 30 year old student at UVIC, and I work for a whale watching company during the summer months. My hobbies include reading, birdwatching and binge watching the twilight movies probably once a month. I am a solid medium level of clean, fairly introverted but I do like to host friends every once in a while! You’d be living with me and my two lovely cats Gracie and Gandalf.
