Looking for a quiet, N/S, Non-Vaping, to rent a room in a house for long term, 6 month lease, then month to month. We are an a family with a teen, a very friendly, hypoallergenic, 8 pound dog, and myself, a stay at home mom. The number #22 bus passes right in front of our house. Tillicum Mall, Victoria General Hospital and Eagle Creek Center are all very close. Downtown is a 15 minute bus ride away. Rent is all inclusive.!The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
