$900 · Seeking private room

Hi everyone I'm looking for a private bedroom to rent. Hoping to find something in the central victoria area. I'm not in a huge rush just yet, but my current housing will be for sale at some point soon-ish. My maximim budget would be $900 all included and also with parking. About me, i thrive in a quieter clean and peaceful environment. I value clear communication and respect of eachothers space. I'm mostly an introvert but am very warm, friendly and funny. I work in private homecare with eldery and persons with disabilities and make and sell crafts in my free time. Any leads would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading! 😊
