Bedroom + small bath for rent in community-oriented home

Seeking one tenant to rent a   small bedroom with its   own bathroom (toilet, sink, stand up shower). The room is carpeted and faces out onto a large backyard where we have many trees and deer who visit regularly. Our home is a community-oriented, 3 bedroom, LGTQIA+ affirming space. We are located in the Fairfield-Gonzales area in a spacious, sun-filled, single level home with many windows and plants. We have another shower with a good bathtub that is available for everyone's   use. We also have   a very large backyard with garden beds (in need of TLC), a patio and lots of green space. We have two small, young animals - a hypoallergenic dog and a long-haired cat. Unfortunately we don't feel there's room for another pet at this time. Rental is available for October 1. About us: We are 36 and 40, a counsellor and massage therapist/acupuncture student. We are   both calm and grounded individuals. We like to connect in the common spaces when we overlap around food and tea/coffee. We are both into outdoor   activities, relaxing at home, connecting with friends, cooking and eating good food. We are not drinkers or partiers. The house tends to be pretty quiet at night. We're hoping to find someone on a similar schedule, or someone who can keep quiet hours. We are living together by choice - as people who enjoy living with others. We are looking for someone who   wants community housing, not just making a budgeting decision. Our hope is to have an intentional house activity about once a month to connect and to keep a regular flow of communication.
