The bedrooms are large and comfy with 10ft ceilings and double as your sitting room with wifi. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. This is a private room in a SHARED SPACE. BATHROOM and KITCHEN shared with two other roommates. One roommate is only there every second weekend for two nights and the other roommate travels and is away for a month at a time. So lots of times you would have the place to yourself. Laundry on site and a cat would be considered. Smoking outside on the steps. no parking on the premises. Parking can be rented for $1,300 a month but best suited for someone that doesn't have a car.
