Hello There, If the above statement has sparked your interest please read on. I am a single , quiet, clean, humble 58 year old gentleman. I am also seeking rental accommodations in the Victoria City area and suburbs. I am very flexible on the location and type of rental unit that you may have to offer. I am also flexible on the price ( somewhat). I really like the Cedar Hill , Hillside and Gordon Head area, but I most certainly am very flexible in considering other area's as well. I will consider an apartment, suite (upper or lower), sharing rent with one, possibly 2 others or anything else that you may have to offer. I am in a rental accommodation now, and my current Landlord knows that I plan to move soon, so I can consider January 1st, February 1st or March 1st.
