The house is a 7-minute bike ride to UVic and near the #12 bus stop. Close to shopping and the beach! $1000/month plus internet and utilities (approx. $50/ month). Fully furnished. No smoking/vaping/partying. It is a house of male and female UVic students who would like to find someone who communicates well, is interested in a well-maintained and positive community living situation and is willing to use fragrance-free laundry detergent (allergies).
