Our home is on a ridge that overlooks farmland with beautiful views east towards the water at Island View beach. On clear days we also have a beautiful view of Mt. Baker! Epic sun rises are common! Only a 10 minute drive to Sidney or Uptown. 20 minutes to Downtown Victoria or UVic and less than 5 minutes to drive to Island View beach or Elk Lake beach. The house is close walking distance to stops for bus #75. A wonderful, quiet neighbourhood with a park/playground within walking distance. Our 2,800sq ft 2 level home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living room spaces, a formal dining room and a bright kitchen upstairs. The washer and dryer is also upstairs. A large deck, with views, is accessed off the kitchen/living space which is great for outdoor BBQing and eating. Downstairs has a third full bathroom, large couch, TV/surround sound, fourth guest bedroom, and plenty of flexible space for play, exercise, home office, or ?? There is a double car garage that can fit 1 car inside and has many hooks for bikes as well as storage shelves. The backyard is large and fully fenced. There is a rental suite in the lower level and they enter through the backyard. They have the ability to use the backyard but rarely do. Will consider a small pet (under 20lbs). No smoking/vaping of any kind. Rent is $3700/month. It will include water/sewer, bi-weekly garbage/compost/garden waste and hydro.
