$600 · Room for rent in Sooke

I currently have a room for rent in my mobile home. I am located close to the Sooke core and on a bus route. I am asking 600 plus a 300 security deposit. Rent includes all utilities including cable and internet. There is a washer/dryer available for use and room for on vehicle. There are spots for a garden when the weather is better as well. Sorry no dogs but any other animal is welcome with a pet deposit. A bit about me: I am a fourty something female that is working towards my computer programming degree online. I love to spend time with family/friends out in nature, playing board games or just chilling while watching movies. I also love to spend time online with friends gaming. A bit about what I'm looking: I am looking for someone that is clean, quiet and respectful. Communication is key. Would prefer someone that is working/going to school but its not a deal breaker.
