Suite has its own living space separate from upstairs of house, full kitchen, dining area and separate entrance. Unit has its own heat pump in main living area and bedrooms have baseboard heaters. Unit is fully furnished and includes a shared laundry area. Bus stop in front of the house with easy access to Uvic, Camosun and downtown. Available for rent starting in Nov/Dec. Because the suite is shared with another student we prefer a female mature student or visiting professional. Tenants must be non-smokers, quiet and keep the suite and bedrooms clean.
