Seeking Peninsula rental for April

My partner and I are seeking at 3 - 4 bedroom house starting April or May in the Central Saanich, Cordova Bay, Gordon Head area. We would like to find a whole house, without any other rental units, one that has a closed garage and a fenced yard. I am an office administrator for a dental specialist and Skylar owns a family business in town, and we are 38 and 32 respectively. Sky is an experienced property owner and has trades skills, so he can offer general maintenance and repair to a home. I have grown up in Victoria and have provided house/pet sitting services in town for well over a decade, this included the management of a multidisciplinary farm. Together, we know how to provide exceptional care for the spaces we occupy. In our free time we enjoy relaxing at home and exploring our personal hobbies. Our idea of a party is a craft night and dinner with friends. We have a well mannered senior doggo names Max. He is big, gentle, and likes head pats. The space we seek has been well maintained and is priced fairly for what it offers. While we both have good and stable income, we do not wish to be gouged by the current market and are willing to wait for the right situation to make itself available.
