$1,500 · ISO 1br suite

Hey! I'm in search of a 1 bedroom suite for myself, my 6 year old support dog and my senior cat. Looking for something not shared as I've had roommates for the last 10 years so I'd like a place of my own. I am in my early 30s and work as an accountant full time in Central Saanich. I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, and the occasional lazy rainy day. I don't smoke/vape, I'm allergic to marijuana so I definitely don't use that, and I rarely ever drink. My support dog is very well behaved and naps when I am not home and the cat likes to bask in sun spots and rest her days away. I would like an outdoor space for my lily planters, but that's not a top priority. I would prefer to stick to the Central Saanich, Saanich, View Royal or Langford areas. My budget is 1300-1500 depending on whether utilities are extra or included. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
