I’m looking for a roommate as soon as December 1st in a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. $1,100 a month plus half of hydro and internet. Couples considered for an additional $400 per month. Located at Washington and Gorge Road East. Bus stop right out front. Full bathroom with a tub for exclusive use, with the exception of when guests visit. Spacious living room with a gas fireplace. In suite laundry. It is a ground floor condo with a patio. No parties, but people over is more than fine. Underground secured parking spot can be requested. Would be an additional $25 per month, given availability.
