The suite is still available, please email :) Bright ground level suite near Tattersall and Quadra, with large furniture and kitchen basics included, just let us know what you need. The regular utilities are shared/calculated   including   high-speed   internet. We're trying to make it easy by offering for the exact student semesters, but we're totally open to other termed rentals to, just ask! Featuring a direct entrance, several closets, spacious cupboards, big bathroom with tub/shower, and five windows in the kitchen living area. The ceiling height is around 6’-8” and a bit taller in the bedroom. Shared laundry, zoned air conditioning that you control, shared high-speed internet, off-street vehicle parking, and secure bike parking.   Our quiet street feels like a country laneway with mature trees, and just a block from tranquil Playfair park. About 15 minutes walk to Uptown or Saanich center, 15 minute bike to UVIC, 3 minute walk to the Quadra bus. You wouldn’t know it from the fresh paint job and updates, but the house is 100 years old and not completely soundproof, but we've been working on it. Everyone will avoid generating noise from media/music/gaming (headphones), and we do have a couple kids. Our strictest request is no smoking/vaping anything indoors, there also won't be parties up or down. The two of us are easy going, kind, and understanding. We’ve always lived in ‘community houses’ with multiple suites and roommates and bring a type of collaborative energy. You’re welcome to have a cat (no dogs), and we could put out some food occasionally during a trip.
