$150 · MSI mATX Motherboard with Intel i5 4590 and 8GB DDR3 RAM

CPU, Motherboard, and RAM purchased in 2016 for my first gaming build. Selling due to recently upgrading my CPU, and having to change my motherboard and RAM along with it. Everything is in great condition and was recently dusted. Components were never overclocked, and case had great ventilation. The i5 4590 is perfectly capable of playing modern games, including VR (meets Oculus's minimum specs), so its an excellent option for a budget gaming build. I barely noticed a difference in game performance even with my new, modern CPU (I upgraded for non-game reasons). Intel stock cooler is pre-installed, although I'd recommend a thermal paste re-application, which is neither expensive nor hard to do. Motherboard (MSI H81M-E34 Micro ATX LGA1150) is mATX sized, but can fit in a normal ATX case. One stick of Patriot Signature 8GB DDR3 1600mhz RAM is included. The board can support up to 16GB of RAM.
