Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Horticulturist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainable gardening and cultivating strong client relationships. You’ll have the chance to make your mark while contributing to a positive, supportive work environment. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to run your own vehicle and take on increased responsibility as you grow with us. Responsibilities: Install and maintain landscapes, gardens, and outdoor spaces. Conduct soil preparation, planting, pruning, and lawn care. Offer expert advice on plant selection and care to clients. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to execute projects on time and to client specifications. Communicate effectively with clients and the team to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Run and manage your own vehicle for projects, for the right candidate Qualifications: Red Seal in Landscape Horticulture preferred, but significant experience will be considered Knowledge of sustainable horticulture practices and plant care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
