CLEANERS WANTED

Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented sub contracted cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while effectively communicating with team members and clients. * 3 month retention bonus given to those that meet certain requirements* Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. - Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. - Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues promptly. - Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns professionally. - Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as needed during cleaning operations. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary. Experience - Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Required - Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. - CCOHS certification (or willing to obtain). - Criminal record check (or willing to obtain).
