$2,600 · Working professionals seeking rental home

I am looking to move into a new home with my partner. We are taking the time to search for the perfect home with a little more space, and a little more charm. We haven’t given notice yet, but are prepared to sign a lease and pay a deposit when we find the perfect place to transition into our new home. We are both mid-thirties working professionals, working full time at local Victoria businesses. We both have excellent credit, are non-smokers, and have no children, or pets. We are hoping to find a top floor suite, or full house with at least two bedrooms, and one bathroom 1100+ square feet. Hopefully with space to grow a vegetable and flower garden, in suite laundry, and a dishwasher! Our budget is $2600 not including utilities, or up to $3000 if utilities are included. We consider ourselves to be very low maintenance, are fully capable of doing all necessary yardwork for a full home, and are very handy around the house for odd repairs.
