We will be out of the country and are renting out our fully furnished and equipped home while we are away. We have done this for the past few years, and the most important thing for us is to find someone that will take care of our home. Located on a very quiet street in one of Victoria's best neighbourhoods. Available December 7th, 2024 through April, 2025. Sorry, this home is not available as a full time or an unfurnished rental. Ideally, we would like one renter for the entire time, but are also willing to split up the time (but the rental period must be at least 30 days to stay within Victoria short term rental bylaws). So if you know of, for instance, someone visiting for the Holidays, we might be able to accommodate them. No smoking and no pets. $3500/month plus utilities. Thank you!
