Adult oriented not suitable place for children as my dog is a bit unpredictable. And I don't think I could work with children running across the floor upstairs. It's an old house and there's no insulation between the floors ha ha. Rent includes fridge, stove, washer dryer, dishwasher. There is a fireplace in the living room. Can't be used for heat but can be used for ambience. You would have your own 300 square foot fenced yard. Separate from my dog. Parking is on the street and there has to be a 2 car minimum. Cannot accommodate large work vehicles. I work from home and I have a very stressful job. So i'm gonna need to find just the right fit upstairs. This is going to be an adjustment for my dog to have people walking above us. Hoping to find that right match.
