*WANTED* Four-Bedroom House/Suite

Hello, We are 4 mature adults in our midish-late twenties looking for a four bedroom rental within the Central Saanich/Fernwood/Oak Bay area. Three of us have graduated from the Environmental Technology program at Camosun. One of us is studying physics at UVic. At present - we all hold full-time jobs, two of us will be going back to school in the fall. We are all financially stable and can provide good references and proof of income (if requested). Most of us have lived together before, so we know that these living arrangements work well for us. Collectively our hobbies include: music, gardening, hiking, board games, dancing, and various types of art. Although all of us play instruments, we can assure you that we will be respectful with noise. We are looking for a place that has been well-maintained, bright, relatively spacious, has a yard or outdoor area, and preferably allows pets. We do not have pets at the moment, but are looking for a place that may be open to allowing pets in the future. We really want a place that we can settle into and make into a long term home. We are very open and flexible with are housing 'requirements,' so please feel free to reach out even if your available rental does not meet everything in our description! =) Look forward to hearing from you.
