We offer affordable parking spots within walking distance of the BC Legislature Building. These parking spots are across from the Oswego Hotel and within walking distance of the seawall and downtown. These parking spots are not underground. Vehicle insurance is required; vehicles must be in good working order—$85 monthly. If stored long-term a vehicle cover is required.
