$200 · couch/hide a bed

This couch/ hide a bed is just one year old and only used three times. I got if for my den but just didn't fit. Only has two cushions but it is almost the size of a smaller three cushion couch. Has a decent sponge mattress with cover but could easily be upgraded. The exact measurements are 22" High, 27" front to back and 66" Wide. It has a very high quality opening system. Purchased 14 months ago for $850 so my price is firm. Must get picked up quickly as I got a new chair and need the space now.
