Pickle & Preserve Workshop

Join us at Patio Gardens for our Pickle & Preserve Workshop! 6536 West Saanich Rd. Extend the summer garden by preserving veggies in one or more of these methods. The 2hr workshop will focus on these simple and tasty methods of preserving. The session will be a demonstration and tasting of the recipes for each of the preserving methods. The workshop will include a display and discussion of ingredients, supplies, terminology and safety. Sunday September 22nd, 1:30PM - 3:30PM * Take home is a glass container suitable for preserving and a recipe of the demonstrated samples.
