This treadmill is fantastic, I purchased it at the beginning of March from an older woman who used it a few times for walking. I lubricated the belt in April. It has set programs you can workout too or you can use the manual mode. Also has incline adjustment too. Only reason I am selling as I am downsizing and it is too large for my smaller place. Let me know if you have any questions. Dimensions are 34 inches wide, 69 inches long when folded down, when up the foot print is 28 inches, and 58 inches tall when folded up.
