Moen Showerhead matt black 6399EPBL 119+tax at homedepot plus a matte black by also 6-Inch Moen Matte Black Metal Shower Arm (M1700BL) . Note there is no flange but that should be really cheap. I'll be full disclosure this is like new it was literally only used twice in our guest bathroom. It was purchased as part of a kit in August. We decided we wanted something else. Selling both for 90$. Hooked this up once to test it out but never used the shower arm.
