Cobble Hill. No delivery. Approx. 51"L x20"D x 42" H. Many years ago, banks were fancy places, with heavy furniture, beautiful interiors and lots of desks for the customers to use to fill in the various papers (deposit slips, withdrawal slips, transfer slips, etc.) before they got anywhere near the tellers. The papers were kept in the drawer and there was a pen on top of the desk for the customers to use. This is a former banking desk, with a drawer, it has some old ink stains on the top and inside the drawer (remember when people used ink pens?!). The top is (I believe) formica or the like and probably could be replaced or painted. The support brace could also be stripped or repainted. This is a fabulous piece. I have used it as a desk, a computer desk, a sewing table.Solid oak. Very heavy and comfortable height for working. That is a yard stick in the photo to give an idea of size. As a desk, a 36" stool works perfectly (not included).
