NOW HIRING - Scaffold Foreman

Island Wide Scaffolding Ltd. are looking to hire a Scaffold Foreman to support our day-to-day operations on Vancouver Island, BC. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have: • Extensive experience in residential & commercial scaffolding • Technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment & materials. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints & schematics. • Strong leadership skills with an aptitude for motivating & managing a team of employees. • Excellent communication & customer service skills to effectively correspond with both clients and employees. • High understanding of OSHA regulations & safety requirements related to scaffolding. • A valid BC driver’s license and clean drivers abstract Competitive wages will be offered based on experience, along with a comprehensive extended medical, dental and Group RRSP package.
