7 years old, hardly used, new condition. We put this in the Living Room and as we spend all our time in the Den where the TV lives .... this beautiful couch never go used except at Christmas time .... Santa loved it while enjoying his Milk and Cookies! ! ! ! ! We used it during Xmas Family Gatherings.... Birthdays..... Passings, Comings. We make up events just so we can enjoy the space. When we added a Solarium to the back of the house, our son asked for the Chain Saw. Why I asked.... You will never use that Living Room again so cut it off and sell it....
