Russian Almond is a shrub of up to 1.5 meters, that makes the bitter almonds used in flavouring and Amaretto. These are gorgeous landscape plants and self fertile. Ours is in flower, and we have some in the nursery. Available at the Eco-Sense Nursery on Saturdays and Sundays from between 10am -2pm until May. 3295 Compton Rd, off Munn Rd, about 5 minutes past Francis King Park.
