Available May 1, 15 or June 1 We have one room available in our gorgeous four-bedroom apartment at Quadra and Tolmie. I am a queer cis woman she/her and I am in the main bedroom plus I use one other bedroom as an office. My roommate is a non-binary queer human they/them. We share our space with the most snuggly cat ever! Her name is Pickles. We may get a small dog at some point. No other pets allowed. In building laundry, parking available on street or in the lot for $50 extra per month. Fob entry for security and small balcony as well. (We are on the ground floor.) Room is on the smaller side but enough room for a bed, desk, dresser and it has a large closet. We all share a large living room/dining room and kitchen. You would share the main bathroom with the other roommate and there is a nice big tub. (I have my own bathroom in the main bedroom). Accessibility - no stairs, wide main door, grab bar outside shower/tub.
