The certified marine mechanic technician must have experience working with outboard gasoline stern drives. Be able to demonstrate the ability to diagnose problems and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to: Work unsupervised Perform parts research Lookup parts in our directories Perform some electrical on marine parts Assets: Value and respect for customer service Have great customer service skills Have a Clean Driving Record MMT Certificate Nice to have but not required: Mercury Ticket an asset but not essential Competitive wages are based on experience and certificates held.
