Door-to-Door Marketing - Cold Calling

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team of cold callers! What is Cold Calling? - Cold calling is a very effective form of marketing where one goes door to door with a group as a representative of our Student Works Painting team, and aims to get "leads" for future painting estimates on a house. -A lead is defined as anyone who is interested in having their home or business painted. You must receive the contact information of the prospect. Why would someone choose us? We offer complimentary estimates, $5 million in liability insurance, WCB for all of our painters, and a 3 year warranty with every paint job. All of this makes it quite easy to "sell" someone on our services and get them to give you their name and telephone number for a lead. How you get Paid: -Our Cold Callers are paid $15/hr and $5 per lead. This includes referrals such as family and friends. Where: Our areas of operations are: - Saanich/Cordova Bay When: 4:00-8:30 Weekdays, 11-6 Weekdays. You may choose to work as many or as few hours within these times as you please. Requirements: - Willing to work outside even though weather conditions may be unpractical - Comfortable communicating with strangers - Customer service experience helps, but not necessary - Must be physically able to walk up and down streets, stairs etc. - Must have a positive attitude!
